Secundary education

Museum Kranenburgh offers workshops for all grades and levels of secondary education. View the range of workshops here.

What if a sculpture is also a form of protest? What if a beehive becomes art? What if grass roots are transformed into tapestries? At Museum Kranenburgh, secondary school students discover that art is more than just paintings on the wall and experience what it is like to create art themselves.

Artists depict what concerns them – and this often ties in surprisingly well with what students themselves find important, such as the relationship between humans and nature and current social issues.

Twice a year, the museum undergoes a complete transformation. Each new exhibition brings different art, stories, and themes. This makes every visit new and inspiring, even if you have been before.

Secondary school students are introduced to art and the museum through various programs. Take a look at our educational offerings to see which programs we currently offer.
